I use to doubt the potency of sound bars until I got myself an LG LAS855M and I got blown away. I had to pack up my home theater. Easy connectivity by Bluetooth or wifi makes streaming from my phone seemless, and it can even connect while device is sleeping. And when I turn on the TV it automatically switches to HDMI ARC and sends tv audio. So easy to set up.

Though I know the best sound bars still can't compete with the high end home theaters but those can be pretty expensive. So if ur home theater is not a high end one (from $800 upwards), u should try a sound bar and see the difference. The advantages soundbars have is each small speakers have their own amplifiers and subwoofer has its own amp and separate power supply, it's wireless and can be placed anywhere in the room. Most cheap home theaters are connected by cables and rely on the amp from the receiver. Oh and while watching movies with my home theater I hardly hear the vocals and sometimes the sound effects take over the whole room. But with soundbars vocals are Crystal clear even with sound effects in the background. I know vocals are better on high end home theaters but u don't need high end sound bars to get Crystal clear vocals.

Been good bro. The 40 inch I got from u for over 1 yr now still works fine, picture quality is top notch especially when playing 4k games on PS4. But I'm already tired of it Sha simply because I saw a 65 inch at my friend's house. Do u have a good deal on any 55 inch? Preferably Samsung but I'll also take LG.
