Nigeria yearns for true change.

It is not Just the Northern Elite. Tribalism is a disease that is so deeply woven into the Nigerian collective brain. Look around you in your offices - North, Middle, East, West, South-South, etc. Look at the man of power in your midst and then look at how many of those that answer to him are from his tribe, his region or his religion. This video merely shows that the Northern elite never hid their way of doing things, but everyone was doing it.

With this kind of attitude merit is kissed bye-bye, while mediocrity says hello.

Nigeria, how long? The road to development is so open yet we cannot to rise to the occassion!
