We are an online sales and marketing firm and we are recruiting.

We're looking for passionate sales & marketing communications specialists to join our team.


Skills applicants must have include:

1. Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
2. Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
3. Flexibility: Although office hours are maintained, you might have to work longer hours, nights or weekends in your own home or other place of convenience apart from office hours so that you can meet the goals you set for yourself.
4. Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale is key in any sales job.
5. Persuasion Skills: You will be converting leads from online marketing platforms into actual sales via chats and calls. These are potential clients who are already interested in the product/service; what you have to do is turn those leads into actual sales.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive or similar role
A recently updated CV with verifiable information
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
Ability to meet deadlines
PS: While we typically hire applicants with at least HND or BSc in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Any educational qualification accompanying a strong application bolstered by good work experience will always secure a place on the team.
