Responsibilities:
Develop your skills working on different building and infrastructure projects. Collaborating with a diverse range of people, and carry out building services system inspections and heating ventilation and air conditioning design
Prepare a variety of reports, contract documents and project designs, assessment calculations and drawings
To work on a variety of construction related and property inspection/maintenance projects and undertaking building and site surveys
Create innovative, high quality structural engineering designs on time and to budget and working alongside our architects and building services engineers.
Management of Material Resources.

Details: PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities
• Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility.
• Preparing of Job Orders
• Ensure delivery of procured items
• Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility
• Any other related job
HSE RESPONSIBILITY
• Take reasonable care of my own safety.
• Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
• Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
• To take care of all equipments and PPEs in their possession
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• To have supply-chain work-related skills, production and processing as well as customer and personnel service skills.
• Fluency in English
• Excellent record keeping knowledge.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Word and the Microsoft environment is highly essential.
QUALIFICATION
• Minimum of HND in a business field such as economics, logistics, accounting or any other related course and excellent record keeping knowledge
• Applicant must be a holder of Degree in a business field such as Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other related course with not less than 5 years experience as a practicing Procurement Officer in a reputable organization.

Assistant Construction Manager

Job Description
• Oversee and manage construction projects sites from conception to completion
• Participate pro-actively in site planning and effective execution of the tasks.
• Provide progress reports on a weekly basis to the Construction Manager (CM) and the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Coordinate and directly supervise Project Officers (POs) and occasionally Assistant Project Officers (APOs) in achieving their goals
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Review the work progress on daily basis and ensure completion of daily work orders
• Report delays and quality problems directly to the CM
• Ensure strict delivery of milestones as agreed with the CM and PMO.
Requirements
• B.Sc/HND in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Ability to think methodically, and interpret specifications and dimensions
• Must be smart and agile
• Must be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and construction.
• Project Management certification is mandatory.
