Thanks to Victor Oluwadamilare, the former Special Assistant to the current Minister of Communication, Adebay Shittu, now we know that Buhari’s Ministers receive more than $800,000 (N288,000,000) in running costs.

Now we also know that the N288million that they receive in running costs as estacode, travel allowances and other orishirishi arrangements is spent only on their friends, their concubines, and on lavish foreign trips abroad.
