President Muhammadu Buhari has indicated his readily to offer presidential amnesty to Boko Haram terrorists who are ready to surrender.

He made this declaration on Wednesday while receiving the released Dapchi girls who visited him at the Presidential Villa in company of their parents.

Buhari’s declaration of amnesty for Boko Haram terrorists is curious when viewed against the backdrop of his refusal to designate killer herdsmen who have been on rampage all over Nigeria as terrorists.
