What do you mean by Stream 1&2 ?..
Due to financial constraints, last year, the commission divided each batch into 2 streams namely:
Batch A stream 1
Batch A stream 2
Batch B stream 1
Batch B stream 2, but 2018 is totally different.
Note: For NYSC 2018, there wonbt be any stream 1, 2 0r 3. it has be changed to Batches, we have only Batch A, B and C.

Op if you dont want thunder to strike remove that niger state from your list. They pay nothing. Yesterday 29 was my my sentforth from my ppa as we're gearing ready for pop 12 of april.

I don't know about other states listed here but Niger state no dey pay atall.
I'm currently serving there.
