The National Information Technology Development Agency, NITDA, has stated that 92 Nigerians have benefited from the 2017/2018 Postgraduate Scholarship programme.

Hadiza Umar, Head Corporate Affairs and External Relations Unit of the agency, said this in a statement released on Monday in Abuja.

According to Umar, the scholarship programme is part of President Muhammadu Buhari’s human capital development agenda for citizens to contribute to nation development.

“NITDA has awarded 92 scholarships in the 2017/2018 session for Master’s and Doctorate degrees in relevant areas of ICT and ICT Law.

“This is in the efforts of the agency at assessing and addressing ICT skills requirements to support President Buhari’s sustainable economic growth and development strides.”

Good to know 92 benefited from this scheme but we need to know how many candidates applied, how many passed the test (if there was any) and the geo-locations of benefited victims. That'd make a good report from FG.
