American rapper, DMX, named Earl Simmons, who conceded in November to avoiding $1.7 million in taxes, was condemned on Wednesday to one year in jail for tax fraud, after he demanded he wasn't "like a criminal in a comic book" endeavoring to plot against the government.


The beset rapper who has hit tunes like "party Up (Up in Here)" and "What these bitches need", was blamed for concealing cash from the IRS from 2010 to 2016, to a great extent by keeping up a "money way of life."
