One man's amusing office story has captivated thousands of social media users who grabbed their popcorn to catch the latest updates on a lunch thief at his place of work.

Twitter user Zak Toscani took to his page Thursday to share a lengthy thread with all of the details about a tiff that involved some tasty shrimp fried rice. 

Toscani said one of his colleagues became furious after learning someone stole his food from the fridge. The victim, however, was given access to security footage to find out who the culprit was.

'Co-worker got his lunch stolen and they’ve agreed to let him watch the security camera tape. This is the most excited I’ve ever been at any job ever. Ever,' he first wrote yesterday at 1pm in the thread that continued into Friday.
