President Muhammadu Buhari did not commission the Eko Atlantic City but only went on a tour as part of his two-day visit to Lagos state, says the presidency. According to a tweet, the presidency noted that Buhari only unveiled the plaque to mark his visit to the state. "President @MBuhari did not commission or launch Eko Atlantic City," the tweet read.
