Although it may be full of calcium, potassium and magnesium, eating banana on an empty stomach is actually a terrible idea. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but time and chance may often prevent us from eating the right food . So we tend to get the easiest one which is often banana .

Eating is vital to the health but eating the right
food at the right time is equally vital. Banana is also known for promoting a healthy heart, reducing fatigue, reducing constipation, heart burn and maintaining blood pressure .

“Bananas are an excellent source of
potassium , fiber and magnesium, hence fulfilling the need of various nutrients in your body. It boosts your energy and reduces hunger pangs. One must consume bananas every day,” according to Dr. Shilpa Arora, Nutritionist, Macrobiotic Health Coach (UK)

The 25% sugar present in banana gives enough energy to carry out the day’s activities. Some other nutrients that are contained in banana are iron, tryptophan, vitamin B6 and vitamin B.
So why is eating banana on an empty stomach a bad thing?

1. High amount of sugar: Banana has a high amount of sugar which can make you feel hyperactive but the while energy can be drained after several hours.

2. Fatigue: Banana can make knew feel tired and dizzy. As we mentioned above, Banana reduces fatigue but banana on an empty stomach can make you feel tired.

3. Bananas are acidic : Yes, they are acidic and if taken on an empty stomach, can cause severe damage to the intestines.
An health scientist from India also revealed that many people avoid for consumption of fruits early in the morning.
