i think i got it wrong but then how much would it cost me to get a copy of the software, i hear its far better and easier to use than 3dmax or 2020

All those 3D-rendering you see people doing on Nairaland and using to advertise their "Archi-skills" are the work of Chief Architect and they are not even good at it yet.
If you are very serious of moving upwards as a professional or even as a second vocation that can earn you instant money, its worth "investing" on, expensive though!
