Which abandoned PVC's? I made so much effort over a period of 2 months in 2015 to get my PVC, all efforts proved abortive. I saw crouds of people in every INEC office I was directed to in Port Harcourt. Very very few were able to get their PVC's then. In 2015 there was a deliberate plan to disenfranchise the south during the elections. Thus this mean that the PVC's INEC couldn't find (or refused to give us) in 2015 have suddenly emerged from hiding?
