pls my people in nairaland, I need your help. I use tecno Y6, iv'e been using it for years now, but recently the phone started showi cleared ng a noticification that I doesn't understand. I have up the catche of that particular APP, force stopped and relunched it but to no avail. this is the noticification message, COM. ANDROID. DOPHIN HAS STOPPED, and even if I'm browsing and the message appears every thing will wipe out. pls help me.

Stop using Chinese cheap.phones

If you must use a Chinese phone use quality brands like Zte, xaomi, Redmi

Avoid tecno and infinix

HOLD your DOWN and POWER button at the same time till it reboots the phone and it will format it. then go to settings and ensure you UNTICK the unknown sources so that it NEVER allows INSTALLATIONS FROM UNKNOWN apps.

or just go to settings and select FACTORY RESET. thats all. first installation after reset must be a STRONG antivirus for both WEB and PHONE.
