Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Makurdi

Job Description not limited to:
Assist the Project Manager in executing and completing the project.

Oversee the quality of work and safety of construction.

Ensure conformity of construction to approved designs and specifications.

Identify defects, suggest remediation and escalate when in doubt.

Send daily updates from the site, using company's report template.

Attend and/or organize regular site meetings with all vendors, also, publish minutes of such meeting.

Perform site daily toolbox talks, and maintains the record.

Experience / Qualification:
2-5 Years in similar field. (Degree in Engineering)
