I tried to use my Access Bank App to load credit on my phone twice yesterday but it didn't load the credit and my account was deducted on both occasions. Yesterday was not the first time it was happening. it has happened several times and its very annoying and I eventually had to go and buy re-chard card from roadside vendors.

how do I stop this kind of scam from Access Bank and possibly get my money bank

message them on Facebook, there official Facebook page, send direct message,with proof of screenshots of the alerts you have, happened to me recently, I rectified it through Facebook.
