Nigeria has been moving round circle...

Obasanjo wrote IBB when the latter was Military President that Nigerians are suffering...

IBB and Buhari campaigned that Nigerians are suffering in 2002 and 2003 while Obasanjo was President.

Obasanjo wrote Jonathan that Nigerians are suffering in 2014 while Jonathan was President.

IBB and Obasanjo are now writing Buhari that Nigerians are suffering under his watch.

Who observed that the message Nigerians are suffering has been constant since 1980s while the major players have been rotating their roles?
