I always wonder why people wear medicated glasses or normal fashion glasses but still not look through it but rather look above it. undecided
I find it very annoying... Please why do people do that, even young persons are into it this days...

Most people who use recommended glasses and do this are those with long sightedness. This is because it's the lower part of the lenses that are actually medicated. The upper part remains nearly unchanged. I am very short-sighted, doing something like that just defeats the entire purpose of the glasses.
As for young people, all I can say is... It is an unusual generation.
