Don't see this happening in Nigeria anytime soon cause the will power back with effective constitution and strong institutions are not there. Our constitution only exist in principles and not in practice. And also the idea of once the indicted individual belongs to our league is totally free should be eradicated or else nothing meaningfully will manifest.
