It was only a matter of time before the APC announces the re-running of their currently-in-power candidate, President Mohammedu Buhari and that time is finally upon us.



The senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity, Garba Shehu had yesterday made this announcement siting that the president intention to re-run for office is a response to the wishes of Nigerians.



The President said he was responding to the clamour by Nigerians to re-contest in 2019, adding that he wanted to give NEC the honour of notifying them first.

– Garba explained.


And just like wild fire, the news spread across the nation and quickly ignited into social media. With what seem to be a mixed reaction, social media users are taking time to voice out their opinion.
