Hi Frank, from your comment, seems to me you are not in Nigeria. There's no place in any urban setting here where rent is paid on a monthly basis except in tenement houses.

The apartments advertised are located in Jabi, Abuja. There are six of 'em 4 Nos 3 Bedroom flats and 2 Nos 4 bedroom terrace duplexes. All serviced, having individual BQs, swimming pool, Gym, car port, internet, jacuzzi, fully fitted kitchens, etc

The 3 Bedrooms are letting for N4.5m p.a net while the 4 Bedrooms are letting for N5.5m p.a net, both are to be let 2 yrs in advance.

We are moving down to set up an office and currently looking for short term rentals since we would basically be staying for short terms over the next few months before seeking a permanent residence which would be determined by proximity to our office space etc.

maybe we'll talk again after our first few trips to determine if your apartment is suitable for permanent living, then we would be able to consider a 24 month lease. Regardless, it wouldnt hurt to get the information in my email. Thank you
