Job Title: Inventory/Store Officer
Location:  Lagos, Nigeria

Role Responsibilities
Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
Inspecting Subsidiary’s supplies levels and new material to identify shortages.
Ensuring product level is adequate for all distribution channels and meet client’s demands
Receives, identifies, verifies and store products
Follow duly the tranfering process of the finished products
Find, sort or move goods between different parts of the business
Keeping record of finsh goods tranferred to ware house
Ensure that finished goods are well arranged and kept in a safe place
Taking of stock both the old balance and the newly produce stock on the production floor and the finished products ware house
Creating space in the ware house
Ensuring good quality of the products are maintained
Maintenaning first in first out system of releasing finished products
Daily and weekly report of the activities in the ware house
And general adminstrative work as directed by line manager
Role Requirement
Bsc in Business Administration, Logistics or Relevant field

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Role Responsibilities
Initiates and implements business development strategies and plans to ensure that the company proactively identifies and invests in emerging and future business opportunities in the operating environment.
Achieve sales targets by developing new business and reaching potential clients within the territory.
Develops strategies for exploring new business opportunities and coordinates plans for converting such into new revenue streams for the company.
Agreed revenue targets are met within defined time frames.
Develops project initiatives from assessments of business and market opportunities, competition and macro-environmental challenges for the company’s products and services
Builds and maintain high level contacts with current and prospective customers, government and other business partners

Job Title: Architect
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Job Responsibilities
Use specialized software to create models and drawings of products
Research new materials and methods of development
Organize and maintain existing design records
Construct prototypes and confirm designs with design/purchasing team
Perform physical testing on prototypes
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards.
Effective management of the design centre
Lead the process of localizing international design and simplifying existing designs

Job Title: Administrative Intern
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Role Responsibilities
Overseeing repairs of both facility and office equipment.
Allocating and managing space in the office building.
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as Air conditioners, work tools are well-maintained.
Overseeing and agreeing approved contracts and providers for services including security, drivers, and so on.
Complete and manage total assets management
Carry out weekly walk rounds, ensuring the facility is in good order, noting any defects and raising with HOD. Coordinate follow up on action items.
Provide prompt quality and effective day-to-day administrative support.
Provide effective and timely resolution of staff’s work tools request.

Job Title: Account
Intern
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Role Responsibilities:
To assist in ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and the prompt reconciliation of all subsidiary and group accounts.
Reconciling general ledger accounts
Roll forward analysis of balance sheet accounts
Monthly financial statement review and analysis
Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures
Provide clerical support for Sales, Tax reporting
Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
Posting of payment vouchers on the accounting software as required
Reconciliation of bank accounts on a daily basis and report to Finance Manager every Friday.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation last working day of each month
Preparation of Customer invoices before stocks are released
Issuing payment vouchers on or before 5pm daily
Filling of payment vouchers and any other relevant accounting documents.
Disbursement of Factory/office petty cash expenses on timely basis
Administration of supplier’s payment
Tracking of account receivables

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Role Responsibilities
Responsible for the consolidation of the annual accounts of the Group according to relevant accounting standards i.e. SAS, IFRS
Analyses, evaluates and comments on the monthly, quarterly and yearly intercompany reports
Updates and maintains all intercompany financial data accurately and promptly
Reviews and monitors all intercompany accounts for each subsidiary e.g. invoicing and payables
Responsible for the accurate and prompt reconciliation of all intercompany accounts
Responsible for developing and delivering service levels agreements and KPI targets for the intercompany accounting function
Ensures that intercompany accounting policies, processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, in line with Group standards, up to date and documented
Ensures that intercompany accounting policies and processes are consistent with best practices, initiating process improvement initiatives where appropriate
Resolves all intercompany accounts related issues and disputes, and escalates as required
Provides detailed and accurate reports to Executive management on a regular basis to support business objectives.

Role Requirements:
Good 1st Degree or HND in Account or Finance
Minimum 7 years of Working Experience
Knowledgeable in the use of accounting software

Job Title: IT Intern
Location: Lagos/Head Office

Role Responsibilities
Provide first level support on IT related issues in all the business units within the Group.
Repair/re-install and configure Microsoft Windows Operating Systems on desktops and notebook Pcs.
Carry out first level support on hardware (workstations, scanners, printers and other peripherals).
Carry out first level support on applications (Ms Operating system, MS Office suite and intranet applications) and ensuring online services availability during operational hours.
Provide in-house training support.
Carry our first level support on LANS.
Ensure that users incidents/requests are logged in maintenance log book and responded to promptly.
Document solutions proffered on incidents for the creation of database for future reference.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all incidences/ Problems attended to.
Monitor and record performance of the IT infrastructure in terms of QoS, systems response time, e.t.c. Weekly and monthly consolidated reports on these for all business units within the Group must be provided.
Maintain clear and constant communication with the Head, General Administration regarding all critical IT incidents/problems and change control issues.
Support new project deployment such as upgrade of Operating Systems and other applications, patch deployment, inverter, e.t.c.
Work with Contractors/ Service providers when carrying out installation or maintenance on internet links, UPS, inverters, servers/workstations and when executing or implementing IT projects in the business units within the Group.
Compile and maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software within the Group.
Compile technical documentation, guidelines and procedures and ensure they are disseminated to others.
To provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users.
Support new project deployment such as upgrade of Operating Systems and other applications, Antivirus, & Patch deployment, Inverter, UPS, etc.
To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
To undertake such other duties, training and /or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
Role Requirements:
Good 1st Degree or HND in Computer Science/Technology
Minimum 2 years of Working Experience
