Job Title: Field Support Officer
Location: Edo, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Kebbi
Job field: Internship

Role Responsibilities
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Establishment team
Developing effective and context appropriate strategies to support program activities;
Evaluate data collection, quality control and data utilization methods used to study program implementation, assessment and development; Manage significant portion of the program and staff with full responsibility for carrying out all required monitoring and management duties.
Assisting in the development of strategic reports;
Collaborating with the relevant government agencies for program success;
Problem-solving to optimize data collection, data management, and data presentation;
Any other assignment as may be deemed fit to support the program.

A degree in social science/humanities



Job Role: LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Role Responsibilities:
To oversee the transportation of equipment and implements from one location to another
Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly.
Conduct a cost analysis of several transportation companies in order to select one that is cost-efficient and able to handle the shipment loads.
Communicate with all stakeholders involved in transportation of equipment and implements (e.g. trucking companies, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales forces and customers).
Ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are neatly packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner by deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability.
Study stakeholder’s location needs and manage inventory based on these needs by analyzing needs (equipment, implements, spare parts, etc.) to determine the stocking level required for each item in stock.
Responsible for re-ordering products for the program as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.

Role Requirements:

A degree in social science/humanities
At least 3 years’ experience working in a related technical environment


Job Title: Despatch Supervisor
Location: Nigeria

Role Responsibilities:
Manage development, research as well as reconcile program reports.
Manage workflow and quota calendars of program officers and stakeholders.
Manage complete daily installations quota as well as service calls in different geographic territory areas.
Identify issues or attain approvals for dispatching equipment and implements as communicated/directed from the Head Office (Central Command Center).
Maintain contact with all stakeholders and vendors inclusive of issue resolution.
Program management and coordinate duties as required.
Execute personnel activities as per Program policies in line with applicable laws.
Prepare individual training plans.
Ensure all program stakeholders adhere to program standards.
Monitor employees as well as operational processes.

Role Requirements:
A degree in agric- engineering and extension services with of minimum 2 years work experience


Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor
Location: Edo, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Kebbi

Role Responsibilities:
Ability to plan the work according to the priority standards, so that it is completed within the established budget and given time.
Incorporate team participation and involve them in decision making.
Comfortable in handling and analyzing statistical data and records, and prepare the relevant reports.
Effective communication skills with a vision to develop innovative plans to ensure better productivity.
Plans, schedules and supervises the activities of the support team.
Ensure prompt repair and maintenance equipment and implements at various locations under his/her watch.
Supports and ensures compliance with established program protocols
Coordinates staff members and assists them in planning, training, budgeting, and conflict resolutions.
Recommend changes for improvements, assists with budget designs, and closely monitors the expenditures.
He/she ensures that all the safety rules and regulations are followed.
Collects and analyzes the data for decision making and developmental purposes

Role Requirements
A degree in agric- engineering and extension services with a minimum of 2-year work experience

Job Title: Program Accountant
Location: Lagos

Role Responsibilities:
Create program accounts in the accounting system
Maintain program-related records, including contracts and change orders
Authorize access to program accounts
Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of program-related accounts
Review and approve supplier invoices related to the program
Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a program
Review account totals related to program assets and expenses
Investigate program variances and submit variance reports to the COO/Management
Confer with receivables staff regarding unpaid contract billings
Report on program profitability to COO/Management
Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings
Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
Close out program accounts upon program completion
Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to programs
Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

Role Requirements
A degree in Accounting/Accountancy; Profession Certification with minimum of 5 years work experience

Job Title: Program Auditor
Location: Lagos

Role Responsibilities:
Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determining program audit scope and developing annual plans
Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open communication with Management and Program Accountant
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
Conduct follow up audits to monitor Management’s interventions
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding program rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
Plan and manage assigned audit projects according to established standards.
Oversee auditing for operational, financial and compliance areas.
Evaluate program processes and internal controls to identify gaps and risks.
Analyze root causes of control inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Develop risk models to access and mitigate potential control risks.
Develop process improvements to enhance effectiveness and quality of deliverables.
Review audit recommendations with management and develop action plans.

Role Requirement
A degree in Accounting/Accountancy: Professional Certification with minimum of 5 years work experience
