Wellcome trust foundation supports researchers who want to tackle and unveil the most bothersome questions in science and technology .

The research fellowship runs for seven years .After this time,Applicants are allow to apply for one renewal of up to five years.

Applicants are allow to held the fellowship on a part time basis.

Applicants can only apply for the research fellowship if only the applicants are leaders in their own independent research program
Their propose research must be innovative enough and purposeful.
Applicants should have made contributions to their Area of profession
Applicants should have a higher degree (PhD or equivalent) and research experience
Applicants must have been developing an international esteem as a research leader in his /her field
Applicants must be dedicated to develop and mentor less experienced researchers
