Job Title: Clerical Support Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Role Responsibilities
Clerical support officer shall be responsible for many administrative tasks.
Plans meetings, updating databases and managing information flow to staff and clients
Stores, retrieves and disperses electronic and paper information, including memos, e-mails and other documents; shall include drafting correspondence, reports and other documents
Takes messages and handle requests and must be able to manage file properly.
Must be able to use computers for many aspects of the job, including but not limited to correspondence and Internet research.
Must be able to operate copiers, scanners and printers as part of carrying out clerical duties clerical secretary's job.
Role Requirements:
Minimum OND in Office Management/Secretariat Study or other related fields
Minimum 2 years of Working Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( word, excel and powerpoint)
