Dude, what do you mean "grow fast"?Are you talking about height or girth? Either way, your best option is to focus more on proteins especially plant protein.Animal fat and protein isn't too good for the body's metabolism but you could opt out for lots of sea food e.g oysters,fish,cray fish and fish itself. . .lol .For plant protein, soy beans has the most protein. Our "normal" beans is also good but doesn't have as much protein as people hype it to be. Avocado pear and peanuts would go a long way helping.

If you are talking about growing "fat", then fats,oil and loads of fiber is your best bet. Eat lots of pork meat,goat meat,cow meat,eat food with lots of oil in it and i assure you, you will grow fat,sick and shapeless in three months! ! !

why don't you try eating salmon fish that's if you get the nigerian name.
