Hi everyone, this is jack from Ironman machinery, with construction factory experience in Lagos before. Like concrete mixer, concrete block machine, concrete batching plant.
Today i want to introduce two types popular block machine in Nigeria market and tell the advantages/disadvantages of each.

The first model is single block machine EBM1 model. (BM01)
One time only producing 1pcs hollow block. Such as 9", 6".
It can also produce interlocking blocks, one mould can make 2-3pcs. Sample shape including Y shape, double T shape and waving shape.
This machine is driven by air cool diesel HP170F for vibration. Engine is installed inside machine.
One day 200-800pcs blocks capacity.
You will need pallet to carry blocks. Pallet can be imported by bamboo material 12mm or made locally by wood 20mm at least.

As many friends bought this machine, i will roughly introduce the operating procedures as follows:
1. Raise the lower mould, put pallet on bottom before releasing.
2. Raise the upper and load mixture and vibrate, recycle until mixture is full.
3. Release the upper mould, do vibration, lift both upper and lower mould and lock them.
4. Take the pallet of blocks out by hands.

U will see from the introduction that the operating is very simple.
Maintenance is also simple by exchanging some easily broken parts.

Nigeria is always big market for construction for business, i am always confident of this market although now suffers a lot problem. Just start from small block business is not a bad idea to warm up the market.
