I've been a nairalander for years, although i have been an advertiser on other platforms, i finally decided to advertise on Nairaland. Followed all instructions, uploaded the advert, made the payment and waited for a few days but the advert i'snt still active. We searched for and contacted via phone call someone who currently has an avert running on nairaland and was told they actually had to send Reminders to Seun for a week before their Ad got activated.

While i understand that Seun is a busy man, i hope that my ad gets activated and perhaps the customer service should be improved. The advertisement email should be checked at least once a day, also when a payment is made, there should at least be an email sent to the advertiser acknowledging the receipt of the money.

I follow the instructions to run an advert on Nairaland as well pay to account, send email with no single response, still advert is not active. Please talk to your advert team to be more responsive and activate my advert, it is very very urgent. This is taking too too long. I paid on the 29th of May 2019.
