I have been and always have concerns on what FTC actually is.
I knew the full meaning is "First to Comment" but who wins the FTC? Is it the first to comment on any post or the first to comment on a post that makes the front page?

Some people used to comment FTC, even though the post has not make the FP.

Please my question is: What is FTC?
