The Swissgolden Company has always led its trading business in accordance with the law. The company has never concealed the terms of doing business, which every customer can see on the company's website. Let us remind you, that the company's business is the sale of gold bars. The Company has its marketing program as well. The program allows buying gold bars at a big discount.

However, some persons who are not employees of the Company spread false information about the company's marketing program and the company's business as a whole.

They deceived people by saying that participating in the company's marketing program is a highly profitable guaranteed investment and Swissgolden Company make proposals to all people to invest.

We entirely disclaim these allegations against the Swissgolden Company.

The company once again asks you to read the terms of the program on the company's website, and officially states that the company is not engaged, never has been engaged, and does not plan to be engaged in any risky investments.  

Any person who informs you that participating in the marketing program of the company is a profitable and guaranteed investment, is wrongly informing you, because it contradicts the official documents and rules of the company's business.

You should not believe any such person, and in any relationship with the Company be guided only by official documents from the company's website.

For those participants who were deceived by dishonest people, the company officially declares that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the marketing program, participants of the program, who are on the first level of the program, can ask for a full refund. The company has always followed this rule. If you are at the first level of the program and claim for a full refund, please contact the company's technical support.

At the same time, the company does not agree that those who are at any other level than the first level of the marketing program, did not understand the terms and conditions of the program.
