Do you agree that its only in Nigeria that you see an automobile mechanic who has been practicing his trade for 25 years and after a month and 7 visit to his workshop cannot solve or with a definite certainty identify or point-out the issue you are having with your car? i am tired ooooo

I agree with baconline on this, experience isnt always directly proportional to knowledge. This is even more true for cars, where the underlying technology changes exponentially every year. Technology that run cars 25 years ago is remarkably different from what runs modern vehicles. I think you should cut your mechanic some slack
