The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has once more made a stunning and rather unpatriotic claim at the ongoing commonwealth Business Forum holding in the UK. He claims that many Nigerian youth have never sat in a classroom, yet they want everything free because the country is an oil producing one. In the real sense the benefits enjoyed by the average Nigerian youth is like a grain of sand in the ocean when compared to the benefits even UK young citizens recieve. His exacts words were “About the economy, we have a very young population, our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million. This is a very conservative one,” Buhari said. “More than 60 percent of the population is below 30, a lot of them haven’t been to school and they are claiming that Nigeria is an oil producing country, therefore, they should sit and do nothing, and get housing, healthcare, education free.” Even if the youth make this demand, would it be wrong? Considering the state of young people in other well to do oil producing nations?

Smh!..... Hw many of dose yuts has his govt encouraged to go back to sch since 2015? ...ASUU jus rated his govt low on fundin of education.... All d fed universities in d country have increased dia sch fees because of his ineptitude towards d education sector...... Dis man is a sadist.... and a misfit indeed! 1 Like |

Just saw the vids.... Don't blame him though, because he comes from the northwest where illiteracy is 85% I served in kebbi state so I know for sure, u can still ask sha...dey don't like school only farm work and the worst case is that even those in school don't know simple English..... That's y his talking like that But at all at all whinch na whinch And buhari will forever remain a bastard....shebi im children dey sweat for work? |
