The health and medical corpers of the just passed out Batch A stream 1 corpers of Sokoto are facing molestations and embarrassment as they protest the payment of the state Government promised Allowance (Allawee).

The sect Corpers expected to be paid N50 thousand monthly for the medical Doctors and N15 thousand monthly for other medical practitioners corpers . Which should accumulate to N450 thousand and N135 thousand .

However for some corpers it was slashed down to N5 thousand monthly for some of the corpers while paying the rest the complete allawee. Reports says it was a mistake on the part of some of the officials.

The corpers are protesting now and have been protesting since 3 days for the payment of their allawee. Rather than getting response they are being harrassed by the officials.

Permanent secretary of youths and sports was video ranting after slapping a Corper in the front of the govt house earlier this morning.. Moreover he threatened to arrest corps member for no just cause

They refused paying the medical and paramedical corpers their sipulated allowance. Instead of #50,000 and #15,000 monthly respectively, they ended up paying #5000 to majority and the complete sum to a few inoder to buy their silence.
The worst scenerio is that the state NYSC officials liased with the ministry of youth and sports to embezzle these corpers sweat and spoil the name and reputation of sokoto state government led by Gov. Waziri Tambuwa
The able governor intervened and asked the minister to pay these children of his their balance. Although security men at the government house threatened and even fired tear gas to repel these peaceful corpers whose only offence was to leave their homes, spend 2days on the road just to serve in sokoto and overcome the language, tribal and religious barrier in order to serve their fatherland. But they couldn't be discouraged.
Up till now 7.00pm 18th April 2018, the minister is yet to pay the corpers thereby intentionally disobeying the kind governors order.
Is this political ? Does he want to ruin the governors reputation?
Has he embezzled their money alongside the state NYSC officials ?
