I think if someone is advertising a car for sale , he or she should be bold enough to declare d actual state of the vehicle whether its accidented or flooded. people who are interested will still buy, after all most vehicles brought into Nigeria by dealers have one issue or d other, but where I think problem comes in is if u have an accieented car and advertise it as non accidented, then its callous. more of intent to deceive. and I believe its BC d seller wants to sell high considering he or she bought d car at lower price compared to ones wit clean title
