Please, let his fiancée know. You can't watch her marry a drug addict. He must change before getting married to anyone. The problem here is that, he isn't fighting to stop. Yes, he needs help but he has a very big role to play. He needs to know and agree that this drug has negative effects on him and then make efforts to stop.

let me go straight to the point I've got this friend of mine who stays in the same estate her with me in ibeju-lekki area this young man is in his late twenties and also a graduate, this his addiction started way back when we were still undergraduate.

He used to use this particular drug just because of reading sake Co's he once told me his brain it's always at it's peak whenever his on this drug and he tends to assimilate anything he reads, now he's outta school though he got side hustle put guys my guy is outta hand the rate at which he takes this drugs now is alarming the reason I'm saying this is simply on the fact that I was with him yesterday evening and I needed him to enter d number of a mechanic he recommended for me to fix ma car,... his hand was really shaking badly that I noticed he had to quickly adjust by using the other hand to hold on to the phone, I tried engaging him into a man on man conversation but he reluctantly snapped out! so when we drove to his apartment I noticed just when his was about to take a leak just outta curiosity I entered his room and saw lots of sachets of these particular drugs I mean lots of it, so I confronted him and there he goes telling me he can't go a day without taking nothing less than 800-1000mg I didn't know when I said Jesus, and he is always aggressive I'm just feeling very concerned the thing is that he doesn't listen to me on matters like this, and he's fiance is a nurse and she's also not aware of his addiction

His mother too isn't aware although both his mum and girl are close to me I'm thinking of bringing them into talking to him especially his fiance Co's I know he loves and respects her and would most likely listen to her, but at the same time I don't want to be seeing as a snitch and end up spoiling our relationship he'll never tell me anything and most likely won't trust me! how Do I bring them to know about this without making it all pointing to me, note I'm the only one he opened up to.. even he's fiance as close as she is she has no idle about his addiction and seriously assuming he's only taking it occasionally I won't mind or maybe taking it on a low quantity I'll just be about fine but a thousand mills daily hahba he needs help!

I have tried out every of these substances apart from cocaine, and I must tell you the most addictive is TM...with time your body reacts to a certain dosage and it becomes less effective which creates the urge to increase dosage.many are willing to stop but couldn't due to the withdrawal effect, trust me it's NVR pleasant and it's funny how even 50 gram of TM can restore you back...I just made up my mind to give it up, wasn't easy tho, is it the sleepless nights,constant cough, sweating much, joints pain, constant rib pain, difficulty in deficating,dry throat , emmanciation e.t.c well I was determined and I went through all these for 2 straight weeks, the 2 weeks was hell for me but I got clean and I appreciate life more....my 1 cent , please don't even try them(substances) out as that can be the end of a beautiful beginning. Be wise

When we were younger and flexing, we never knew codeine or tramadol to be a source of highness. All we knew about, were cigarettes, marijuana, heroine, cocaine ,brandy, whisky, rum, vodka, beer and champagne. Everyone knew cocaine and heroine were death sentences and most people avoided them. Only the extremely foolish ones indulged in them. Even marijuana was off limits for a larger percentage of us as we had seen people run mad by taking it. Our source of highness was beer, brandy,and the likes. They were not addictive. How this new generation came about codeine and tramadol highness, surprises me.

Exactly all men knew that coke and H were no go areas .

Honestly I did a lot of weed way back but was never hooked. I knew cos as I changed location that was the end. I never looked for it again. Over the years I've smoked some blunts on occasion. Maybe once in 2 to 3 years.

Trust me, i've been there, done that. I've had to deal with several addictions in the past and one thing they all have in common is, they rarely pop up when your hands are filled, so, instead of lazying around, I prefer to get busy and with this simple method, i am a survivor of cigarette, alcohol and pornography addiction.
