When a senator or member of the house of representatives is suspended for a period of time, will he or she be entitled to his monthly salary or not? Why I asked this question is because of senator Omo- Agege who was seen in the chamber sitting comfortably after maze was stolen. If he continues to attend sittings, will he be paid his salary or he is just on his own?

Stop asking stupid questions. A senator can only be suspended by the people who elected him via recall. Omo-Agege was not suspended as a Senator, nobody has the right to do so. He was only suspended from sitting in the Senate. He still enjoys all that goes with his mandate except sitting in the Red Chamber

Yes his entitlements are stopped throughout the period of suspension.
