This is Okpara Avenue by Enugu north secretariat. The actual holy ghost is a total mess dirty and dilapidated

Old park is so filthy, that one cannot buy anything there and eat

Agbani road down to mayor bus stop upto to one-day/royal palace/ebony road, etc are all a total mess, dilapidated and filthy

Ugwuanyi failed woefully

The rural areas are quite neat...possibly the neatest rural area in the entire Alaigbo like you allude to! But Enugu city has gone to seed a bit and more effort needs to be put into keeping the ENTIRE city neat!

That Enugu - Abakaliki Express road was a Federal project done by Obasanjo government. A very neat project just like the Onitsha- Owerri Express. But Dave Umahi has cut too many side roads into many communities along the express.

I think the road was done by an international body. That road leads to Camroun directly.

It wasn't done by Obasanjo. I know it's world bank sponsored but it was done after Obasanjo's tenure
