I live in Enugu and achara layout to be exact and it didn't rain this week....and yes your pictures are fake, up to 8 years ago because that place had long been well tarred.

Akwuke, Etudo, Awkunanaw streets have been tarred since like 2006.
Who ever posted that pic hasn't visited Enugu his whole life.

Defenders of failure are here. Oya show us the current condition of those roads assuming am lying. Most roads in Enugu are in a deplorable condition but you guys are always quick to deny it . Ugwuanyi is a failure. He has wasted 5yrs.
