Only Yobe State has fewer people who can read and write than Katsina State. According to these statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics, only about 10% of adult men and women in Katsina State can read and write.

That explains his abysmal denseness and total lack of powers to relate to anything above Grade 2 Certificate.

Monumental National Embarrassments (MNE's) like him and the rest of his half-baked kin ruining the public service and military were all products of GoalPost-Shifting northern strategies in the maladministration of the education sector.

Average for SE 5 States = 90% ------------------1
Average for SS 6 States = 88.07% ----------------2
Average for SW 6 States = 87.6% ----------------3

If you remove all the Igbos in SW and SS, each will fall significantly in the %

North = 000% grin grin grin grin

First 5:

2 Lagos
3 Rivers
4. Abia
