On behalf of the CHEST Board of Regents, it is my great pleasure to inform you that your application for Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP) is approved. Congratulations on reaching this significant achievement in your career. The Board now authorizes and encourages your use of the designation, “FCCP,” widely recognized as an indication of professional distinction.

You will be invited to participation in the convocation ceremony at the 2018 CHEST Annual Meeting for formal induction into Fellowship. An invitation will be emailed to you prior to the next annual meeting in late summer. To attend and participate, you will need to respond to the email invitation.
