Sex for marks wahala is rampant in our higher institutions nowadays.

It's my prayer that our sisters, girlfriends or wives never become victims of these devilish lecturers that roam around seeking for whom to devour. It's never a pleasant experience at all as these ladies may purposefully be failed in a course that the performed very well, thus affecting their grades and performance.

When an appointment is dismissed, the officer has nothing to claim from the employer but when it is terminated, the officer is entitle to gratuity and pension.

I think the judge is right on this one. You don't lock a person up in your room, publicly humiliate him and spread the info on internet. She was fully dressed in the video so there was no way the man would have been the one harassing her. The court used the video she made to indict the lecturer to prove that she was guilty.

we can all make that work easier for Government and university authorities if the victim
1. scores good grades in other courses
2. Has good grades in other term works such as continuous assessments and term papers
3. Has a record of good attendance in classes both for the course in question and for other courses
4. Is so sure of the quality of the work in the exam that he/she can confidently call for his/her script to be re-marked

If all the above are in place, you may be surprised that these "jobless and spoiled lecturers" will leave students like this alone. I think they select their victims carefully and probably go for those that may not be able to pass the "reasonable serious student" test.

Termination is like the employer saying they are no longer interested in your service, so they pay you your entitlements and allow you to go.

Dismissal is like being thrown out for wrong doing. You get no entitlements.
