considering the weight of the vehicle and weight of the passengers it's built to carry and the torque, do you think it would last more or compete with those with the bigger engines?

The both Engines has nothing to do with what the vehicle can carry.. They can all carry similar weights.

The v4 can not compete with the V6 engine. The v6 is more responsive than the V4 and it is more smoother than the v4.

And this 4cylinder comes with lower trims.
Which is cheaper to buy than the limited options that have leather, heated seats , navigation e.t.c
