Are you talking about you been EU citizen or non EU?
Dependent relative means your kids or your parent or Spouse.
Your brothers or sisters are not dependent relative.

1. What qualify one as a relative for reunification purposes??
2. what qualify one as a dependent relative
3.Anyone familiar with the "RECTIVE 2004/38/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
of 29 April 2004" directive??
4.How does one prove dependency of a relative
5.What type of visa can people in this class/category apply for

I would appreciate all responses.
