Throughout my childhood, and my personal experience witnessing the energy crisis in Nigeria, I can only posit that renewable energy is the plausible solution to epileptic power supply in the country. Nigeria, and Africa at large is an energy poor continent. Most people face severe energy shortages which, in turn, hamper economic development. Meeting current and future energy demand is a major challenge for all African countries.
