I still wonder what we have done so wrong in this country. Julius Berger has stopped working on their portion of the road since last year December and the government hasn’t said anything about it; the work by my own standard is still far from being completed any moment soon.
I hope someone could take responsibility for this long delay in timely completion of only a 100km expressway.

...chai, so this lagos-ibadan road is still taking billions of naira. Past governments from Yar'dua, GEJ and now PMB have budgets so money, yet no end in sight.
...the blood of people killed on that road will surely torment everyone involved in that never-ending road project.
...they have turned the road to a money making scheme...

Which road? Even Jonathan cannot tell this type of fat lie. Just the same way he almost completed the second Niger bridge

Are you minding Village Rats that have not left their villages, yet wan to comment authoritatively on Lagos-Ibadan expressway. grin grin grin grin grin grin I also don't blame him,GEJ and his campaign crew fraudulently used the road to campaign, yet the project is currently under 50% completion despite massive work after Fashola's intervention into major legal disputes and backlog of contractor payment outstandings

Nobody show toll that road, unless there is an alternative route. It is our money, what else is the government providing?
I heard that LCC is warming up for the tolling

Unfortunately your point was probably as belated as before you were born. At least 2 other alternate routes to Ibadan from Lagos to Ibadan had existed since the 70s

Guys! One thing is sure if buhary enters second term he would merciless bring tolls on all roads there by making life harder for the people. He won't bring it now because of elections because he knows we would be angry at him but when he enters second term it will be hell oooooooo. Therefore let us make sure he doesn't come again!!!!

"The new approval, Fashola said, is to accommodate the changing factors occurring on the project and also to modify the bitumen for the road to withstand heavy vehicles."

This government will bury this country with their massive stealing. What an excuse to loot funds for electoral purposes.

So were they constructing for only cars and buses alone to ply on?
so gej stealing nko or obj stealing were not part of it abi
