Not same pay with Doctor which is not possible. Post grad doc will come in as level 11 officer ewuivalent of Conhess 11. Allowances call duty almost 70% total like 300k of basic, other health care giver like Pharmacist enter at conhess 9. + 30% call duty. Total like 150. What they are requsting for is 20% rise so that 150 can turn to 180. Mind it was so before. Doctors already 2times rise in pay between 2014 and now and Johesu has none. 2. Most johesu cant get to peak level of their career , 3. Johesu with postgrad qualification cant be specialist. Etc and some many. They fighting for liberation not equality.
