basically customers should begin to be charged 7.5% VaT from the set date for act to begin.
And if you do 25m-100m a year you pay company income tax of 20% instead of 30%. I believe it applies to Limited companies and not business name. @Consultville can explain better.

I will only be responsible for items that I confirm "delivered" to you but never made it to Nigeria.

REASONS: It has been a known fact that usps steals packages and most sellers on ebay use post office to ship.

Someone 3 packages showed delivered to the UPS location but when the packages were looked up on the system,there was no inventory of those items meaning post office never delivered those items.

If you file a police report, police will say they cant do an investigation in a federal building(from experience) and filing a complaint with the postal office is a long thing.

I heard ebay doesn't refund people if packages are delivered and stolen BUT the case is always different with Amazon

I am trying my best to make sure everything is good and I am assuring you of taking good care of your packages cos your loss is my loss.
