Is this how 2019 is gonna be? INEC has obviously been compromised and getting your PVC isn't alone, we all need to call out INEC for this shameful and fraudulent act if we need our votes to truly count. It doesn't matter if you're pro or anti Dino, we need to ensure if Dino is to be recalled, it has to be through transparent and truthful way. NOTE: It is Dino's turn of being robbed by INEC today, by 2019, you will be robbed of your votes for your preferred choice through same INEC.
