That's a wonderful thing to do. Let people feel that the government have them at heart not only on newspaper pages. Even though it won't contribute to the state's development but if the governor deserves to be happy then the citizens also deserves happiness. The problem is that if this done on a large scale throughout the state, the operators of the viewing centres will go out of business and this will also not help the government.
